Career & Technical Education
Our Career and Technical Education (CTE) program prepares students to enter the workforce with the academic and vocational skills needed to compete successfully in the job market. At FHHS we offer a wide variety of options for our students to participate in and learn from. We also provide opportunities for our students to receive dual credit for both high school and college in some courses of study.
Our Vision: Ensure a dynamic workforce by fully developing every student’s career and academic potential.
Our Mission: Prepare FHHS students for workforce success and continuous learning.

About Bruce Haseley
2014 marks my first year as a teacher. I believe my previous careers and life experiences over the past 35 years have prepared me well for the opportunity to join the Fountain Hills Career and Technical Education program. I strongly believe in the CTE’s mission to prepare FHHS students for workforce success and continuous learning.
Prior to joining FHHS, I was a senior vice president of human resources with Pearson Education, an international publishing company providing K-12 schools with textbooks, testing, software, and services solutions. Before joining Pearson, I worked in several different industries and capacities. My work as a human resource professional included time with software, information services, and manufacturing companies. I worked as a civil engineer in the marine heavy construction industry both in the United States and in the Middle East. I also spent four years in the U.S. Air Force and traveled extensively in the South Pacific. I was born and raised in Niagara Falls, New York. Before picking Arizona as our ultimate family home, I lived in California, Maryland, Texas, and Minnesota. I have a BBA in organizational behavior and management from the University of Houston.
When I am not teaching, I run the commercial photography business I started in 2009. I am also a consultant providing leadership coaching to managers and executives both domestically and internationally.

About Shannon Kramer
I am from the grand state of Ohio and routinely cheer on my Buckeyes every Saturday! I graduated from the University of Akron with a bachelor of science in education concentrating in sports medicine. I spent five years as a certified athletic trainer prior to going back to school for my teaching credentials. I have taught health and physical education first in Youngstown, Ohio, followed by five years in Las Vegas, Nevada. I then moved to Page, Arizona, where I taught behavior modification at Page High School. I moved to Phoenix to teach in Fountain Hills in 2001. I spent the first part of my career here at the middle school teaching physical education/health while also coaching basketball and softball. In my free time, I enjoy riding my Harley Davidson motorcycle with my husband, Faron Key.

About Adrienne Larsen
Adrienne Larsen began college as a fashion design major but received her bachelor’s from ASU in elementary education. She worked in retail during her college years where she especially enjoyed creating wall and window displays as well as designing and sewing custom made garments. Surrounded by talented seamstresses, Adrienne learned to sew at a young age, using her sewing and design skills to create clothing and costumes for herself and her family, accessories for the home, and gifts for her friends. She credits the ability to sew for making it possible to surround her family with the interior furnishings they desire in their home and to design and create the clothing and accessories that meet the needs of a large and growing family.
Adrienne has enjoyed teaching in Fountain Hills Unified School District for 16 years, teaching at the fourth, sixth, seventh, and high school grade levels. Her love of history and fashion is woven through the fashion design and merchandising curriculum.
Adrienne once designed and sewed costumes for Ballet Arizona and she continues to sharpen her skills by currently taking classes in fashion and interior design at MCC and SCC.
Adrienne lives in Fountain Hills with her husband and her dog who enjoy frequent visits from their four grown children, spouses, and one adorable new baby granddaughter, who, they are certain, is the most adorable thing ever!

About Bonnie Perkins, MBA
I hold an undergraduate degree in French and fine arts and a master’s degree in business, both from Indiana University. I was a systems analyst for IBM and Ameritech before moving to Arizona in 2000. I earned my teaching certification from Arizona State University, and I have taught in Scottsdale as well as at Fountain Hills Middle School. I am originally a native of Indiana, and thus a huge Indiana University basketball fan. I live in Mesa with my English bulldog Tootsie Roll and my cat Jasmine. I love to travel, work on my art, and hike in my spare time.

About Mary Trimble, RN
Mary received her bachelors of science in nursing from San Jose State University in California, where she went on to work as a labor and delivery/maternal care nurse. This will be her first year teaching at Fountain Hills High School although she is familiar with the campus from four years of volunteering here. She is very excited to work with students educating them to help achieve their goals for employment in the health care field.
Mary has lived in Fountain Hills with her husband for the past 18 years. Together they are raising their four children in our great community. All of their children are students here in the Fountain Hills School District. She has been very involved in all the schools at some level and is now happy to be part of the high school team.
